Who I Am

I’m CH Jodi Dehn — former military chaplain, ordained pastor, speaker, author, trauma-informed guide, and founder of Survivor Angels, Empyreal Lyceum, The Pause, and The Skeptic Veil.

But before any title, role, or spiritual awakening… I was a survivor.

My life has been shaped by both profound trauma and profound transformation — experiences that taught me how deeply healing, purpose, and awareness are connected.

Today, my work bridges the spiritual and the practical, helping people navigate healing, awakening, identity shifts, emotional exhaustion, and the search for deeper meaning in a rapidly changing world.

I believe transformation is not about escaping life.
It is about becoming more fully present within it.

My Mission

My mission is to help people reconnect with their inner light, reclaim their voice, and move through life with greater awareness, resilience, and purpose.

Through teaching, speaking, storytelling, and transformational experiences, I explore:

• the unseen dimensions of human experience

My work creates space for seekers, survivors, skeptics, and spiritually curious individuals to explore healing and transformation without shame, fear, or limitation.

My Journey

Military Chaplain & Ordained Pastor

Earning a Master of Divinity in 1996, I spent years supporting individuals through grief, crisis, trauma, transition, and some of life’s darkest moments.

Trauma Survivor

My own journey through complex trauma, PTSD, deconstruction, and healing deeply shaped the work I now bring into the world.

Spiritual Awakening

Through profound personal experiences, spiritual study, sacred symbolism, and inner transformation, I began exploring the deeper layers of consciousness, healing, and human potential.

Why Angels?

To me, angels represent connection, guidance, awareness, and the reminder that we are never truly alone in our healing or becoming.

My work is not about worship or fear-based spirituality.

It is about awakening to deeper compassion, purpose, healing, and the light already present within us.
