Depression buster starts with getting up early. It might seem like a ‘safe’ thing to do - lingering in bed. In reality it only compounds your mental state. Just getting out of bed is physical activity and if you cook for yourself, go for a walk, clean a room it starts releasing endorphins. Also, avoid sleeping during the day and don’t overindulge in caffeine or alcohol. Gabriel motivates even the most sluggish earthlings.
