Anxiety during the holidays probably took center stage for you. Anxiety after the holidays generally is a combination of fatigue, unmet expectations, and the remaining Winter months. Fear not. It’s survivable.

You can indulge in massage therapy, practice journaling, try acupuncture, get some sleep, enjoy oil diffusers and essential oils - the main thing boils down to take care of yourself. Chamuel loves to pamper.
