I love watching children dance. It’s pure joy moving. They’re happy - sometimes even giddy while dancing.

Pain, stress, anxiety, depression can all be lessened through dance. It helps us escape negative thoughts and worries. So, kick off your shoes, put on some tunes and get moving. Do it while you’re prepping breakfast or getting yourself ready for the day. As the saying goes…‘dance like no one is watching’. Guardian Angel Gabriel is an excellent dance partner when called upon.
