Befriend your shadow. Our ‘shadow’ holds keys to a rich and full life, but we need to be willing to work with it. It can be dark.

We might reveal undesirable traits, painful events, and other wounds. When we look at those in combination of what we do know we’re freed to work with qualities like strength, courage and even creativity. It’s all part of us - our story.
