Fog. It moves. It drifts. It disappears…just like things in our lives. Everything changes. Sometimes subtly. Sometimes abruptly. Even our trauma survival changes.

You may not notice it, but bit-by-bit you’ve been making progress. It’s all about time. The miracle of time is it blurs edges after awhile, so they’re not as sharp.

So, let’s get it moving a little faster by calling on Guardian Angels Raphael, Michael, Tzaphkiel and Zadkiel.
