Laughter as therapy. Oh, yes.
There’s even laughter yoga. It involves prolonged voluntary laughter. It involves no drugs. Laughter is a universal approach dating back to ancient times.
Life offers many ways to experience laughter including but not limited to laughter yoga. You can prompt it chanting something like “ho ho ho ha ha ha”. You can meditate with laughter which involves laughter broken up with silence. Even Mayo Clinic endorses laughter as therapeutic.
Gabriel brings joy wherever he goes, so he’s our go-to on this one.
“Gabriel, in light and love help me wash away my stress, depression, anxiety, and improve my immune system, and possibly relieve pain through a laughter experience. Thank you, Gabriel.”
