Entry 217
As we’re on our healing journeys we are simultaneously being bombarded by ‘intrusive thoughts’ from social media. It has become a used and abused term particularly on TikTok.
Used as a catchphrase it describes fun or weird impulses according to TikTok. In the mental health community it aligns with obsessive compulsive disorder and other anxiety maladies, a far cry from fun or weird impulses.
In ‘real life’ intrusive thoughts are automatic say psychologists not something that’s prompted. In the majority of cases no one acts on them like they’re portraying on social media. Mental health professionals are raising concern that people are self-diagnosing because of this phenomenon trending on social media. For those who truly endure these thoughts it becomes confusing and some times dangerous.
Chamuel, Zadkiel and Jophiel are needed to extract the truth.
“Chamuel, Zadkiel and Jophiel, I need you to guide me in sorting out and discerning the true from the ‘current flavor of the day’. My mental health is important to me and to those around me.” Thank you, Chamuel, Zadkiel and Jophiel.”
