Nourishing our being, our soul, involves a focused effort on self-care. Self-care involves mindfully tending to our personal growth and development.

If you’re a trauma survivor, in any form, making conscious choices about what you ‘consume’ improves your overall self-control and diminishes some of that brain fog related to trauma, factors vital to healing. When I say what you consume it’s everything from food to what your senses come in contact with to what motivates you and even your thought patterns.

While we consume through minds, hearts and senses, Chamuel offers another suggestion.
