A good friend introduced me to this word - Coddiwomple. It means to travel in a purposeful manner towards a vague destination. It sums up our healing journeys nicely.

Struggling with life can be intimidating and while we want to heal we’re often challenged with fear of the unknown leading to a Coddiwomple.

Michael and Zachariel provide the support that we need.
