John Lennon wrote, “Imagine there’s no heaven. It’s easy if you try.”

The operative word here is ‘try’. Use your imagination and see what you get.

When I use my imagination and knowing what I’ve learned as I work with the angels, heaven isn’t like we were probably orginally led to believe or how artists depict it. I actually like that a lot.

As trauma survivors or even if you struggle with life without the ‘belief’ of what constitutes trauma, this shows us that we can heal if we don’t think about it the conventional way. Use your imagination of how your healing process looks.
