Taking criticism can be tough, but we grow from it if we realize there are always lessons to be learned.

The first thing that you need to cast aside is don’t backpedal and dwell on ‘coulda, woulda, shoulda’. That won’t get you anywhere.

Instead take your moment to be upset, and then open to yourself to how you can improve. None of us are perfect, so we can all improve.
