We brush our hair. We brush our teeth. Did you know that you should brush your body?
It’s called ‘dry brushing’ and it’s a technique helps with natural detoxification. You’ll probably fall in love with this.
Get yourself a soft-bristled brush with a long handle. Then gently start high on yourself up around your neck working your way down, but always brushing towards your heart. Abdomen and back should be done in a clockwise direction. Pay close attention to the areas that hold your lymphnodes.
