Bias creates a great deal of negativity and stress in our lives. It separates us. We are not meant to be separated.
Professionals are finding that daily meditation helps to diminish bias. In fact, it’s diminished bias to the point of where people start to understand others’ points of view and healthy conversations start. They’re starting to rejoin.
