Remember the Beach Boys’ 1960’s song “I Get Around”? “ ‘Round. ‘Round. ‘Get around. I get around”…. I changed up the words. “Ground. Ground. Get some Ground. I love to ground.” I really do. When I can connect to Mother Nature my mood instantly changes. I feel alive and energized and freed. Angel Sandalphon loves to help with grounding….he certainly helps me.

“Sandalphon, I would like you to get me grounded today. Maybe it’s a walk or some bench time in a park or (if Winter) a snowball adventure with friends. Surprise me. Thank you, Sandalphon.”
