Human nature generally draws people to those who exude confidence. It appears as charisma. We believe it to be a strength.

Professionals will tell you that often times, more often than not, those people lack self-confidence and they mask it in ego. You probably have more confidence than they do.

They might excel at something, but inside they’re a puddle of insecure mush.
