What is the purpose of our brain?
Pretty simple - to find a mate and food and not become someone else’s food. So says scientists.
They go on to say that fear helps with those primary goals.
It boils down to fear becomes the most important survival feature that our brains have achieved. Scientists believe that our brains want us to be fearful. The amygdala coordinates this.
Michael can help us translate those fear feelings so that they don’t become obsessive.
