Cascade has a commercial for its dishwasher soap and water use. It’s the most idiotic reasoning I have heard.

Basically they tell you that if you ’wash’ your dishwasher’s contents every day, even if it’s not full, you will save water.

My question is: Don’t you use less water as well if you wait until the dishwasher is full?

I’m missing something here. My concern is though that many people buy this argument and are wasting our precious water supply for a company to sell more of its product.
