In the blink of an eye…life changes. It happens in a split-second, in a flash, in a New York minute. Everything is temporary. As trauma survivors we know that all too well.

That also holds credible promise for us trauma survivors. We are not stuck. We can move on. I like to think Metatron keeps the evolution moving.
