Meditation is viewed in many different ways. Some say it’s a stress reliever. Others say it brings enlightenment.
Myself and others say that it’s so much more.
There’s a middle journey. Some monks have practiced it for centuries.
It involves totally removing your consciousness, so that you’re left with only the beating of your heart and the breathing from your lungs.
