Automatic writing allows someone to bring forth words, written, without consciously writing. It’s done involuntarily.

You close your eyes and write faster than you think - you’re focused on the process rather than the content.

It’s spontaneous. Usually our inner voice comes through doing this which can be very enlightening for our healing.
