Mad Studies and Psychological Humanities are Changing Mental Health. It’s the title of an article written by Justin Karter from an interview with Narrative Psychologist Bradley Lewis.

The article suggests that current mental health practices might be best served if they start to incorporate other options…that singular methods might be enhanced depending on the client.

Reading through the article they use words like plot, character, narrative - writing factors for those other methods. I sum up the article with they’re starting to embrace our ‘life stories’.

Our stories cannot be ignored as they speak to who we are.

Gabriel remains the master at communicating those chapters.

“Gabriel, in light and love, as I move along my healing journey, tell me how, when, where and why to step forward and tell my story to facilitate greater mental health progress. Thank you, Gabriel.”
