Time boxing. It’s a new time management term that works well for our healing journeys, too.

The way it works is you allocate a set amount of time to work on a task or concept that involves your wellness. You schedule it on your calendar like you would a meeting or event.

It’s a way of breaking down the bigger picture into smaller, more manageable tasks. It minimizes the overwhelming feeling of a big undertaking.

Jophiel helps us to accomplish our goals, big and small.
