We have reached the fifth level of light according to professionals.

What that involves is our level of circadian blue light. Our levels are slipping out of the healthy zone for our physical and mental health. The dip comes from exposure to certain LED light at night.

This causes major health issues such as insulin resistance, excessive snacking, gastrointestinal disorders, drowsiness during the day and the list goes on.

‘Sandalphon, in light and love, please keep me from using incorrect lighting in the evening. Guide me to use the violet chipped warm light LEDs rather than the blue to protect myself and others. Thank you, Sandalphon.”
