Nature’s creatures show us such an instinctive way to survive. You simply move. They know when and where to make their move and it seems effortless.

Autumn provides us a beautiful backdrop to this movement. Just step outside and look to the skies. Thousands upon thousands of birds sail across the Fall sky on their semi-annual migration. Our migration back to positivity doesn’t come quite as easily. Let’s invite Jeremiel in to keep us on track for our journey.
