Social media brings out the best and worst in us.

Some things are simply off the social media discussion board say professionals.

One that surprised me is one’s self improvement journey. It’s because it may make others feel defeated if they’re not at the same level.

Also, personal goals and aspirations along with personal challenges. Both draw unsolicited advice, gossip and expectations possibly not shared by you.
