There’s healthcare and there’s personal care and then there’s Media care. What the heck is Media care, you ask. It’s really YOU care. Media care means limiting your exposure to the news, to talk shows and to social media. Psychologists agree that too much time spent with the media in our lives can often cause more harm than good.
