With the approach of Winter Solstice it’s time to reset your circadian rhythm.
Start by stepping into light as soon as you wake even if dim light.
By afternoon you should embrace blue light….not too much. Then in the evening change to the warmer lights.
Second, try shinrin-yoku or forest bathing. Spend time amongst the trees.
