Rise and Shine! My mom woke me up to this growing up…ugh. And then my first drill sergeant did, too, accompanied by banging trash can lids….double ughhh.

Now when I hear this or think of this I think of all of the wonderful pooches I’ve been blessed with. The first thing they did every morning was take this longggggg, sloooooow stretch. Ahhhh. Rise and shine now equates to reaching for the sun in a longgg, slooow stretch- every morning for me. Stretching opens your muscles to increased blood flow which helps to calm you not mention all if the physical benefits. Guardian Angel Raziel is all about helping to balance you. Let’s get him going.
