What’s a good distraction for you? For me counting generally works. You need to concentrate which takes your mind off of other things. Here’s a good counting exercise when you’re feeling anxious, panicky, down,etc. Guiding us on this will be Guardian Angel, Michael. He’s the master communicator, so will help you communicate with your inner self and bring some calm to the moment.
“Michael, with your incredible gift of communication, enter this moment in light and love and guide me to a peaceful place. Inhale for four counts. Now hold for 7. Then exhale for 8 counts. Repeat 5 times. Thank you, Michael for your guidance, removing my negative feelings.”
