Entry 165
The unexpected is exhilarating. There are those who thrive on it. And then there are those who fear it. And that’s what it’s all about is ‘fear’.
The most excessive ‘fear’ manifests itself in PTSD. It’s about automatic responses and memories of the traumatic event or events. Unpredictable or unexpected events heighten that fear, and for those struggling with PTSD the fear becomes the ultimate stressor. This requires professional therapy to become manageable. It cannot be self-managed until after professional intervention.
For those who struggle with non-PTSD level fear Michael gives you strength and courage.
“Michael, as the ultimate ArchAngel, I need you to communicate with me the tools and path that I need to get a grip on my fear. I know that it can be managed, so in light and love I am ready to tackle my fear. Thank you, Michael.”
