Chronic illness survivors harbor many secrets. Even though they suffer regularly they maybe don’t look like they’re sick as they deal with difficult symptoms and feelings.

Often times pain rears its ugly head for those with chronic illness. Sometimes it’s even a constant companion - all encompassing. Those fighting chronic illness may feel isolated and/or a burden to others. They may even feel embarrassed at times.

Michael and Raguel manage chronic illness like champs for those afflicted and those who surround them.
