Free your energy. Since we are energy, and energy cannot be created or destroyed, we sometimes need to free it when it changes form. Our energy can get stuck in negative holding patterns.

Your energy always shifts when trauma is involved. Events like 911 caused a huge energy shift for people around the world. Events like divorce, death, new baby, job change, natural disasters, meteor showers, etc. can all cause our energy to take a sidebar into the negative.
