Regulating your emotions sounds very clinical, almost mechnical. In reality regulating your emotions should be natural.

Maintaining a positive mindset, as much as possible, should come naturally, but that isn’t necessarily how we’re wired. We often times find greater comfort in the ‘dark’. It’s easier…less work.

As trauma survivors we generally prefer to bury or inhibit our emotions. We might even focus to the point of fixating on those negative thoughts.

Jophiel can bring us into alignment with the positive emotions.
