Wisdom of the body. It’s really quite remarkable.

Our bodies communicate with us in subtle ways. Joy might feel like a radiating energy in the upper body. If our gut suddenly experiences a ‘heaviness’ we could be uneasy about something. There is a distinct intelligence within us that might even be considered sacred.
