Imagination can assist with trauma healing. Since trauma is a human reality for just about everyone at some point in their life and imagination is embedded in us, it’s a natural connection for healing.

This connection really isn’t a new method for healing. It goes back as far as 1491 to Spain and St Ignatius. No stranger to trauma, Ignatius developed Spiritual Exercises to cope with his trauma. Those exercises are applicable today.

Gabriel provides the right ‘links’ to use these exercises.
