Precision speaks to the consistency of creating the same result and accuracy tells us how near or far our result lands from the real one. Sounds kind of scientific doesn’t it?

Apply it to our trauma healing journey though and it rings true. I don’t look to be precise. I look to be accurate. It’s less intimidating. When we base our steps on precision we can get disheartened.
