Emotions are energy. We are energy.

Energy wants to move…it is not static. We ‘want’ to move…even though our trauma might stop us.

When our energy gets stuck, when our emotions get stuck, when we get stuck stress becomes the side effect.

That stress has a message. It’s from your energy and it’s telling you to move.
