Balance hassles with uplifts. Lol….I get the funniest image in my mind when I read that.

What image do you get? Think positively.

Anytime that you feel hassled go to something that’s the opposite in nature to boost you. It does take some practice, but in time it will become automatic.

It doesn’t mean that the hassle will necessarily go away any faster, but this will equip you to deal with it.
