Everyone can’t do everything…Fact. There is no way on this earth that everyone can do everything not even the government.

So, step back. Assess your talents and skills. Assess your inabilities…it’s okay. We’ve all got them.

Then find the people who have those abilities and allow them to thrive helping you. You reciprocate with your talents and skills even if it’s not with the same people. That’s how we minimize our struggles - by letting go and let others help us.

Metatron and Jeremiel offer up some great advice on handing things off.
