When you live with self compassion you’re happier, more optimistic and more connected according to today’s professionals.

Embracing self compassion minimizes depression, anxiety and the ultimate - the fear of failure.

Self-compassion includes common humanity, self-judgment, isolation, mindfulness and self-kindness.

When we join in the common humanity we come to recognize that everyone fails, no one is perfect, and that suffering connects us instead of isolates us.

Mindfulness enters the picture when we’re aware of our suffering and we balance it out with self-kindness.
