Grounding…get your hands dirty. Plant something - a tree, a bush, festive holiday planter. Get your hands in there and squeeze the dirt through your fingers. Smell the dirt. Smell the tree/plant/plants. Look closely at each leaf, cradling some in your hands. Appreciate each one for their uniqueness. Let’s team up Zadkiel and Sandolphon.
