Listen….shhhhhh……listen. What do you hear? Now close your eyes. What do you hear?

I’m hoping that you heard your heart beating. Your heart beating is the essence of the holidays. It’s not the food. It’s not the gifts. It’s not all the holiday activities you hit up.

It’s your love for yourself and others and how you show that love. It’s about being present in the moment. It’s not thinking about what you’re going to say next. It’s listening to those around you. One of the greatest gifts that you can give others is listening. Jeremiel fine tunes those listening skills.
