Stretch. Stretch big. Right now. If you’re just waking up stretch in bed. If you’re making breakfast stretch for those upper cupboards or the ceiling light. If it’s later in the day stop and make sure that you’re not in someone’s way, then reach for the stars or the sun or whatever is up there at that moment.

Hold that stretch. Feel everything start moving a little faster. It’s invigorating. It’s refreshing.
