Sad….everybody experiences the sad emotion once in awhile. When it’s prolonged it needs attention. This is called ‘taking care of yourself’. Acknowledge it AND that it’s okay to not feel okay. Stay connected. Don’t go into hibernation. Being around others helps you to work through it even without talking about it. Raphael walks you through this, so let’s go.
