Peace loading. I saw this recently:

Peace is accepting today, releasing yesterday, and giving up the need to control tomorrow. As trauma survivors we need to visit this every day. Peace, you see, doesn’t come from religion. It comes from our soul and our soul is pure energy. Jophiel guides us there.
