Happy or fulfilled - which is better? Valid question.

This saying marries perfectly with that question:

‘Staying positive doesn’t mean you have to be happy all the time. It means that even on hard days you know that there are better ones coming.’ And that equals fulfilled.

Happy means ‘having a sense of confidence in or satisfaction with’. Fulfilled means ‘feeling happy’.
